In his over 30 years of practice, Bob has represented individuals and their families against 
major trucking companies, the Ford Motor Company, Bell South, Pepsi Cola Bottling Corp., USA Today, manufacturers in the healthcare industry, negligent physicians/hospitals, nursing homes, the State of Tennessee and virtually every insurance company throughout the country. Although he resides in Tennessee his representation of individuals and families stretches west of the Mississippi, as far south as Key Largo, Florida (the Florida Keys) and as far north as New York City.
At the present time, Bob is personally accepting cases with catastrophic, serious and permanent injuries. These cases involve motorcycle accidents, serious automobile accidents, traumatic brain injury and wrongful death, in addition to truck/big rig accidents, physician/hospital mistakes and nursing home negligence.
