Mr. DuFault practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, 
Commercial Real Estate, and Corporate Law. He was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida.
We are a full service law firm, located in Ballantyne Corporate Park in South Chattanooga, practicing in North and South Carolina. We practice in the areas of Real Estate Closings (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Development, Litigation, Corporate and Business Matters, Wills, Estate Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration.
In the Commercial Real Estate area, as a prospective tenant, we can review your commercial lease, and make you aware of what you are getting into. On the landlord side, we also draft leases and other tenant agreements. We also have quite a bit of experience at planning and implementation of large mixed-use developments, including retail, office, hotel, and residential condominium projects.
In the Corporate and Business area, our four transactional attorneys handle everything from basic incorporations and LLC formations, to fairly complex merger and acquisition work. We also draft and review franchise agreements. In matters of labor and employment, we can advise employers of the rules and regulations. We can act as general counsel for small businesses, and either outside counsel or local counsel for larger ones.
In the Will and Estate Planning area, we draft everything from simple wills to complex trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, health care powers of attorney, credit shelter trusts, probate avoidance trusts, family limited partnerships, and virtually all of the other estate planning documents.
