Mr. Rosensteel practice focuses on Federal and State criminal defense, Tennessee traffic violations,
and workers’ compensation. Prior to founding 
Rosensteel Fleishman, Mr. Rosensteel worked in the District of Columbia Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining. Mr. Rosensteel is also a frequent speaker on local television news programs for his expertise on Tennessee criminal defense and traffic violations. Outside of the office Mr. Rosensteel serves as the co-chair of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association’s lawyer referral service
